August 2016

As usual we attended the British Birdwatching Fair at Rutland Water and found that our stand was particularly popular this year. By Sunday afternoon we had run out of the itineraries for several tours – a most unusual event. So we are hoping that this enthusiasm will result in lots of bookings!

Tours 2016 and 2017

The 2016 season is going well, despite spring weather conditions being rather unpredictable in Bulgaria (rather like in the UK!)

The Bulgarian Mountains and Greek Wetlands tour had some enthusiastic participants who put their photographs on the B-BS Facebook page.

The Spring Butterfly tour went well, with the cross-border visit to Greece offering different butterflies and interesting birds.

Meanwhile back in the office, we are making plans for 2017 and most of the bird tours and some cultural tours are already online, with a tempting £50 discount per person booked before the end of August 2016.

Exhibition of Maps

The map exhibition will now open in the Bulgarian Cultural Institute soon after the 3 March. More details soon!
